Care Instructions

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. While it prefers well-lit spots, it is highly adaptable to medium indoor light levels.

Watering: The key is to avoid overwatering. Water only when the top layer of soil feels dry. Reduce watering and keep the plant warm during winter months.

Standard Delivery Service (Free)
•Applicable for Hampers delivery to main district area in selected time slot (Not applicable to: Outlying Islands/ Remote area/ Airport/Container terminal).
Free Standard Delivery Service Time Slot: 

  1. Order before 6pm can be delivered on the next business day morning. 
    Delivery will be made anytime between 9am-1pm  OR  between 2pm-6pm.
  2. Order after 6pm can be delivered on the next business day afternoon. 
    Delivery will be made anytime between 2pm-6pm.
    *If you require delivery before 9am on the next business day, please contact our Customer Service team. (Urgent Delivery Charges HKD$100 apply) 


Specific Delivery Service (Charged) 

  1. Applicable for Same Day Urgent Delivery, additional charges HKD$100 apply(per hamper). 
    ***Order before 1pm Monday to Saturday,  Same Day Urgent Delivery can be arranged within 4 hours or to be made before 7pm (Not applicable to Floral products or order placed on Sunday and Public Holiday).  Please contact our customer service team for  Same Day Urgent Delivery Service. 
  2. Applicable for delivery be made at a specific time, additional charges HKD$100 or $200 apply. (per hamper).
  3. Applicable for delivery be made to Outlying Islands/ Remote area/ Airport/Container terminal, additional charges HKD$120 to  HKD$550 apply. Should you require special location delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at: +852 2739 8808/ +852 5920 1618 or by cs@thegift.com.hk for quotation.  

THE GIFT cannot guarantee the quality of perishable items as a result of additional transit time for re-delivery. If the customer requires fresh items to be re-packed for the re-delivery.

A delivery surcharge will be applicable for any redirection of orders.
Delivery within Hong Kong time is according to the following schedule:
Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories District – HKD 120
Outlying islands and remote areas – HKD220 ~ HKD 550

Same day delivery and specific delivery service are not available during Holiday periods(eg.Chinese New Year, Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Mid Autumn Festival and Christmas) . All order will be delivered from 9am - 6pm.
